An upgraded version based on the RX8R receiver, it has all the same features including redundancy. The Pro version has higher precision and lower latency. Its deviation of PWM is reduced to 0.5us, and the delay of PWM output is 9ms less than that of the X8R in high-speed mode. A feature that deserves mention is the decreased effect of interference caused by the ignition process.

Frsky RX8R Receiver

Excellent receiver from Helidirect at a good price

Solid receiver, even if it is ACCST

I use this receiver paired with an XM+ redundant receiver in my EDF jets. Also can easily connect FrSky telemetry modules to this receiver. I always use the voltage monitor and sometimes the current monitor, depending on room in the aircraft. Solid link, no glitches, knock on wood.

Solid receivers...just the way you want them to be.

I am currently flying 3 of these, one on S.Bus with a power expander in large scale bipe, one on S.Bus in a EDF through Aura flight controller and the other with PWM in a glow plane. All work flawlessly and are super solid on telemetry. Focus stays on flying the plane, these babies keep your link connected as far as you can see 'em...and likely further. A+ to FrSky for a great piece of hardware!

FrSky RX8R PRO Receiver

it is the successor to a well known receiver, the X8R, so it deserves to be considered a solid product, it should be noted that owners of older transmitters like the Taranis will need to update the firmware of their internal module in order to bind this receiver
