Spirit GT Flybarless System
Outstanding ARM M7 processor
M7 performance-line processor is truly unbelievable! It is 3x faster than M4 and brings amazing features.
This adds free room for any possible math operation allowing to calculate anything imaginable the unit could ever need.
It packs native telemetry support for Futaba S.BUS2 and even FrSky S.PORT or brand new F.Port protocols. Without any special cables.
Real-Time Logging capability
Logging of everything - that is now possible for the first time! Until now, logging at 500Hz rate was barely possible. That is not an issue anymore. Thanks to durable Dedicated Memory Chip with long-life!
Version 3.3.0 will unlock all these capabilities. For the first time in the history, you will be able to see how your model was flying in the air! In 3D graphics.
Pressure Sensor
Yes, it is there and fully embedded. Unparalleled precision of 1 Pascal allow extremely precise altitude measurement . With the innovative algorithms and Sensor Fusion technology the precision goes further down. It can be utilized in a various of ways such as Altitude hold or even Automatic Rescue system. Stay tuned for the upcoming firmware!
Industry-leading Motion Sensor
Motion Sensor with 20 bit precision was unimaginable few months ago. Everybody can taste it yourself now.
Superb stability through temperature gradient and Vibration immunity few times better than in any other unit. Antialiasing feature and Spirit algorithms makes the Rescue function Top of the line.
Redundant PowerTrain
With Spirit 2 we have developed separated power supplies for the unit itself and peripherals. Now with Spirit GT design was enhanced to minimize voltage drops even for a peripherals!
Simplified Wiring
Our aim is simplicity. This mean you no longer need a special cables such as FrSky Integration cable or even JETI Integration cable. It can be replaced just with normal stright one.
Gold-plated Connectors
We care about reliability a lot. For big scale helicopters of 800 class or more extreme current amperage can develop. With Spirit GT connectors all losses are minimized.
Extensions
Spirit GT can be extended for basically unlimited servo outputs. If you will ever need to control 8 servos or more, with Spirit GT it will be possible in very near future.
Servos with telemetry feature will be supported in the upcoming update too.

the pirit nock off ot the brain flybarless.
1) their software is horrible.
2) the bluetooth is horrible
3)i can't level or trim the swashplate.
I just recently got back into the hobby and the last FBL that I so was an AR7200BX. I went with the GT on the recommendation of a friend. It's very easy to setup, although I had an issue with the throttle, which was definitely my fault. I will definitely be buying more for my next helis.
ascended to 50 feet , flipped on the hard deck switch . my heli bobbled for a split second , stood on it's nose and drilled itself straight into the ground destroying my heli. hard deck has always been buggy and inconsistent . sad because i have heard so many good things about them. this will be my first and last one sorry to say .
I've been thinking about picking this up for a while, So I finally pulled the trigger! And let me tell you I have tons of Helicopters and do and have flown all types of fbl controllers. And this one is easy to set up, and is amasing, all those features you read in the description are perfect. It's almost limitless how you want to set this up personally. The way I have mine is Normal mode. I have in self level and then idle up 1 and idle up 2 are full control 3D. And in the self level, there's no limit to how far you can pitch or roll.
Which is awesome, but once you let off is the only time it self levels.
And setting the altitude for automatic rescue is absolutely phenomenal!
Please throw your money at this company, they deserve to stay in business for putting out an amazing product at a decent price.
Hell, in a worst case scenario, you break your flybarless controller in a crash or anything. They replace it for 50% off.
Go with Spirit GT and you won't go wrong.
Spirit, feel free to contact me, I've never said such positive things, nor felt this way about any other fbl controller. So if there's absolutely anything I can do to help promote you, I will.
Thank you, Sean
I replaced an IKON2, which I still have on other heli's, just to see if all the hype was correct concerning "crash proof". To my surprise it seems most likely it will up the chances of not crashing thanks to "Automatic Rescue". I've set it many times in just a few flights, and it seems to always respond when I try to fly below the limit I set. I'm convinced it works and the tail lock is rock solid.
Haven’t had the time to install the Spirit GT yet. I think it will be a great replacement of the 3GX that is on it now.
kon, Brain and of course Neo are way better than this. Interface not user friendly. Quite a pain. Hard deck was very inconsistent and led to a crash.
No thanks
I have purchased several of these FBL recently as I transition my Helis to Spirit/FrSky from Spektrum. This is a ton easier to program with the Wizard, and the recent how to video uploaded to YT by Dima on the HeliDirect YT Channel was incredibly helpful. I now have this setup on a Raw 700, Kraken 700 and OMP M4.
I bought two Spirit GT from the black friday sale. They arrived very quickly, I can't wait to install them on my helicopters. Thanks to helidrect.
I have these in Every Heli I own now. Will never buy a different FBL
