Engineered for maximum control, the M138 Lizard features an array of high authority control surfaces, allowing the Lizard to excel in every regime of flight. Utilizing canards for pitch control, ailerons for roll, and optional dual rudder capability for optimized low speed flight, the Lizard was designed to perform. This is my favorite turbine aircraft. It can do amazing flat spins, flips and hovers. Make sure you're using at least a 120 newton turbine for 3D. I've seen others fly it with an 80 newton turbine for normal flight, but what fun is that?
Fit and finish is great. This is one solid jet and flies like it can do anything.
Finally decided to pull the trigger on this one. Opened the kit and everything was flawless and fit together like a quality kit. This might become a discontinued model, so get it while it's still available.

There si not much info about the kit, mine came with few securing pins missed, very incomplete kit, if i had known i have to buy so many spare parts that are not in stock from the beginning…… now i have an unuseful kit as there si no stock of spareparts anywhere!
Service from helidirect was great. Even though i asked and pay for DHL and they sent me vía UPS.
Everything about this jet in terms of quality is far and away better than anything I’ve experienced in the RC jet world. I can’t imagine anything better.

Okay, as a 65-year old, I have to admit to being a bit put-off by the "Star Wars" marketing. Why didn’t they just say: "Here’s a jet everyone can lift and fit in your car, that can be flown slow or fast, with INCREDIBLE quality! And it’s a great value. Very innovative engineering - fly it with or without VT and it’ll be fun. Superb wing attachment is unprecedented. A buddy and I put little X-45’s in it - mine did 155mph. Of course, my X-90 is coming, but what fun it is even with a little 45. Quality retracts. I could go on. Only three flights so far, but I love it. You might too.
