Out the box they are great with stock settings. But if you really spend some time with the tuning, you can get an AMAZING feel! My collective on the left has a slight grit feel and extra tension, the rudder is loose with a wee bit of snap to center. I then added some damping grease. This feel of dragging my finger through gritty mud on collective and looser rudder allows for spectacular control. Immediate level up in flying!
On the right stick, same loosened snap to center, with a slightly tighter left/right roll on the Aileron than I have set to the pitch forewords/back for the Elevator. I then added some slickening grease. Again, my skill and control was an immediate level up on the right stick as well.
Your ability to customize the EXACT feel you want with these gimbals is worth every penny!
