Coming from Castle, this ESC is a big improvement. The internal governor keeps the RPM tight, better than my FBL units’ governors. Although I have not tested the BEC without a buffer pack, it works well with the R2 Prototyping Super Capacitor. Being able to custom length the BEC, battery, and motor wires without ruining the ESC is a real plus. If you have the money, Kontronik in general is a safe bet.
