Straight out the box this rig is unstoppable. Brushless is the way to go.
For the money, nothing else compares! It will be even better when the aftermarket catches up. There are other crawler parts that can be put on to take care of the cheapo plastic parts they should have never put on this in the first place…like plastic driveshafts and cheap press-bottom shocks. But if you like to tweak your ride anyway, this rig can’t be beat for what it is. The 2 speed transmission with a brushless motor is unlike anything else, absolutely worth it!
For what you get with the brushless system it's a fair price for a competent crawler. Sad that they downgraded the esc but the lack of Bluetooth doesn't affect performance any. Great little rig
This thing is the best bang for your buck out of the box crawler. Only complaint is the play in the drivetrain that gets annoying when low speed downhill crawling.
The aftermarket world is just not there yet.
Love it!
Pros : wide stance, great weight distribution, durable, great tire compound
Cons: those dang tiny body clips
Wish list: even taller tires 🌀
Great crawler, very capable
Very solid capable rig. I picked one up at proline by the fire and the boys at direct RC were fully stocked!! This rig is dialed right out of the box. Tune your shocks and charge your battery and go hit the rocks. …. Body paint is optional haha, I went with candy yellow!!
Got my truck in And on the second day I tried to play with it, it acted like there was something wrong with the remote or receiver and couldn't get it to work so I put it up for about two days and then tried to play with it again and it worked so from there maybe a week and a half or two week it worked till today September 16th it's back to not connecting to the truck and can't get it to work, not sure what to do, if anyone could help plz I'd appreciate jt.
I really like this vehicle. Other than the front driveline broke the day I got it. So that was a little disappointing. But other then that it’s super nice.
