NOTE:
1. For Spektrum transmitter user: You will need an DSMX satellite with 2 antennas come out (SKU: SPM9645) for binding with your radio. Make sure your radio Frame Rate is set as 11ms before you binding. If you use the DSMX with 1 antennas come out (SKU: SPM9745), it will not bind. We addressed this problem with our manufacture and app developer. They will update and fix it soon.
2. For Futaba transmitter user: Before you binding your radio to the helicopter, please go to setting and update receiver boards. Make sure your radio protocol set as S-FHSS.
3. For the JR sat (JR DMSS RA 01L), you have to rewire the cable to match with the sat output from the board. If you still can't bind with the T15, you can bind it from the separate receiver before you plug it in the T15.

I like this helicopter for its kit and component. The small size make it look suitable for indoor and outdoor flight. There’s a problem with the receiver connecting to SFHSS server incompatibility.

Perfect little heli to practice with. Easy setup with the app and flies great, very stable and responds quick. Attitude/rescue mode is a very nice addition to have when doing new moves. A big step up from the Trex150 this is replacing. Fast shipping, very satisfied.

Took a little tweaking out of the box but after some easy initial adjustments on the iPhone app it flew great for such a small heli. Worked flawlessly with my Futaba transmitter. Crashed it once already and only took one swash link and a blade to fix it. My only suggestion would be to make it clear that is doesn’t come with a small charger and that you’ll need to either buy or make an adapter to use it with your hobby grade charger. I had to order the Align charge plugs for it before I could charge the batteries. Overall I would buy it again.

I had run it a couple of times and then I got it in the air and it was wasn't good. Broke the gear on one side.
The elevator servo was stuck like a broken gear. Hmmm, they are metal.
I inspected the rather dry gears and didn't find one broken. I put Vaseline on them for lack of something better. Glued the gear.
It seems to fly ok now but I think I need to look at the other servos.
I would give it 3.5 but that wasn't an option. I also had some trouble binding to sfhss.

Good heli I purchased a second one only because I like the way it flies and handles unfortunately the first one just stopped binding after calibration I viewed the HeliDirect YouTube video on this model Align T15 did the same exact steps for calibration and boom lost connection spent hours and hours trying to bind reflash and no luck.. Wish I never Seen that video I was flying fine I figured it would improve since it was posted by HeliDirect. Any way just ordered a new one and will keep flying. The heli is great just don’t follow any video instructions wasted my money doing that…

My first heli set up my radio master as instructed binded w/Futuba FHSS. My first take off and flight was nerve racking but after a few tries went to the park flying him nice and steady and really enjoying it. Not flown more than 10 times but no crashes very stable and good to learn with. I will keep investing!

I haven't flown in several years. With the help of some of the Heli direct team, i got my transmitter set up properly. I have about 20 flights on it now and I'm flying inverted, doing big loops and rolls, etc. the more i fly it, the more i like it. Highly recommend for new pilots, or old pilots getting back in to flying.
