I bought this tail system for a 600 size scale eurocopter tiger and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a three blade tail, very high quality machining on this unit. And as usual helidirect cot it to me no hassles and fast.
The machine work and fit on this is great. Installed it on my 550x without any issues and it works great!. It's so smooth and the heli flies rock solid!... 😆👍

Improves tail authority so you can run higher pitch. Using on my 550DFC. Pirouettes are much smoother and consistent in speed.
The reason for buying this upgrade was to enhance tail authority and it did just that. Everything fitted good on my 550X only problem I had was the blade grip screw(that attaches it to the control arm) was hard to get to, had a few scratches on blade grips from the screw driver. Other thing was whenever I tighten the slide shaft into the bearing holder it somehow becomes very tight around the shaft making it impossible to move. So I used green loctite and didn’t tighten its. Flew nicely on maiden. Didn’t notice a difference in sound but good increase in tail authority
