Very light, and strong. There is a tiny amount of flex when you have batteries installed, but hardly worth mentioning. Has holes so you can use one or two straps per battery. I wish they included 4 straps instead of 2 though, as 2 straps provides better support for the battery. The included velcro is NOT cut to fit.
