Outstanding Service.

Outstanding Service, ordered parts 10/3 received parts 10/7, can't beat that. Only problem is these parts seem to be extremely fragile. This is the second time I ordered similar parts. The first incident happened on the first run up of the 300X, the 300 turned on its side and damaged the rotor grip control link and bent the feathering shaft. The second time upon landing it turned on its side again and had to replace the main shaft, feathering shaft and the rotor grip control link. Other than that, the 300X flies great and I will continue to use Helidirect as my go to heli store.

One of the plastic heads screwed on a little crooked. But, they gripped and heli is flying again.
