Say hello to the most Ready-to-Fly RC helicopter ever! FW 450L-V3 introduces you to an entirely new RC helicopter experience! It is the world’s first RC helicopter that supports auto-aerobatic flight.
With a high-power motor, Omni-GPS, and one-key return function, it ensures you enjoy a stable and safe flight experience while having lots of fun.
FW 450L-V3 has a superior design and is equipped with high-quality hardware. With the flybarless system, a brushless motor, and a solid carbon fiber frame, this 6CH helicopter has everything ready for you to immerse yourself in an excellent flight!
Are you always attracted to the stunning aerobatic flight videos on YouTube but never had the chance to experience this by yourself? You can have this experience now with Fly Wing!
Hovering, Figure 8, and Orbit flight can be done by flipping just one switch on your transmitter. It helps beginners observe and learn flight posture to improve their flight skills.
The H1 Flight Controller provides the most cost-effective solution for the stability of your RC helicopter. This flybarless flight controller has robust electronic shielding, reliable GPS connectivity, and extensive programming instructions.
FW450L-V3 ensures safe flying with built-in compasses in the controller and GPS. The latest U-blox4 chip from Switzerland powers the GPS module. FW450L-V3 supports core navigation satellite systems, which include GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and BeiDou.
FW450-V3 is able to detect up to 31 satellites, which guarantees positional accuracy and provides a stable hover.
Emergency situations during flight can be difficult to avoid, which is why a smart return function is a valuable tool for users of all levels. Simply flip the Home switch to initiate a return when the helicopter is lost. It will automatically fly back to the transmitter's location in case of a low battery or a lost transmitter.
If you feel like your helicopter is getting out of control while in 3D flight mode, flip the switch to change to GPS flight mode for an immediate stop and hover. If the helicopter is upside down, it will hover inverted, saving valuable time and preventing a larger accident.
The aviation-grade material used in the helicopter boasts excellent toughness, resisting distortion and reducing damage risk. This allows the helicopter to handle complex aerobatic flights with ease.
Traditional “brushed” electric motors offer short run times and limited power. The friction from the contact of brushes and the spinning commutator reduces power and causes wear, eventually requiring brush replacement.
"Brushless" motors eliminate these inefficiencies and have longer lifespan. The FW450L-V3's 2816 large brushless motor, powered by 16V higher voltage (supports up to 6S 24V), provides more power and efficiency than the 2221 motor used by other 450L RC helicopters.
It features a 60A all-metal helicopter ESC, providing precise power transfer and enabling fast response during intense 3D flight. This results in high power output and limitless aerobatics. Support up to 6s LiPo battery.
With a Flybarless (FBL) rotor head, similar to that found in 700L RC helicopters, Fly Wing boasts impressive stability. Its Direct Flight Control (DFC) rotor head structure has a low center of gravity and low drag, resulting in more accurate, direct, and quick flight response, and ease of maintenance.
The cyclic response is aggressive, resulting in the almost instantaneous implementation of commands on the helicopter. This enhances the agility and stability of your operations.
The professional brushless motor with fixed pitch, equipped on the tail, provides quick response and ensures an incredibly stable flight.
The upgraded shell is made of high-strength polycarbonate material, making it durable and colorful.
With a range of up to 1 km, you can fly without limitations. The dual joystick will automatically return to the center, with the helicopter automatically braking and hovering when you release the joysticks.
Not only the looks and built-in components can be changed. The flight control system is adjustable as well. It can be customized through software downloaded from our official website to suit your hand at will! Download H1-Heli Software

Love this heli. Makes me feel less intimidated when practicing 3d I can switch to gps if I loose orientation. This flies better than a drone in GPS mode. Also if you break something very easy to repair!
These helicopters are NOT for new pilots. It takes a considerable number of hours on a simulator & practicing with CP helicopters in my opinion BEFORE one jumps onto a 400 size (professional entry level) helicopter & even some in the 300 class. As a pilot of fixed wing, CP helicopters & quads it does not matter how “technologically advanced” your electronics are. Electronics have errors, THEY FAIL at times, GPS is not fool proof & you HAVE HUMAN ERROR.
Any 300 sized CP heli is an unprotected lawn mower WITHOUT prop or blade guards moving at a much higher RPM with carbon fiber blades. Additionally they MOVE FASTER than human reaction times in certain cases.
While Romans death, posted earlier by a brilliant reviewer, was extreme (police described it as nearly cutting him in half while practically decapitating him) there are COUNTLESS small & at times SEVERE injuries that are reported in ERs from all sizes of helicopters. You can even find injury forums online.
A micro can easily slice your finger off and in theory near the femoral artery or any jugular “bingo spot” & you’ve won a near or perhaps lethal laceration. I’ve seen a couple minor hand injuries in the ER as a nurse.
Essentially the CP hobby (Collective Pitch) is an exciting and fun hobby but it needs to be marketed wisely. I wouldn’t stand with in a mile of anybody operating this helicopter if they were inexperienced, regardless of if 2 satellites or 2 million were connected to it. Again I’m not suggesting these aren’t quality I’m suggesting it needs to be marketed safely.
I would be more than happy to make any number of videos referencing SAFETY in flying these if ya all wanted. I just won’t put a beginner on one.
I'm not sure that selling a 450 size heli that is marketed to be operated at times with hands off the controls is too bright. By design all radios and receivers must allow interference due to FAA regulations and that means that in certain situations one can absolutely lose control of their heli, regardless of input from the radio. A 450 is more than hald the size of the heli that killed Roman Pirozek 11 years ago and I can assure you that it was not a pleasant scene. The rotor blades of a 700mm align t-rex cut nearly halfway into his skull while he was not being too bright about keeping his heli away from his person. The way this thing is being advertized (which I just saw on youtube), they're making it seem like it's just perfect for people wanting to get inverted and all that but if a noob is out there relying on an auto-gyro to flip the thing and maintain elevation, etc. What happens when they happen to flip the mode into a full-on mode with absolutely no experience in reverse/inverted orientations when they're in a public park that allows heli flight and the patrons there do not know how dangerous helis can be and quite possibly the "pilot?? Not a good plan guys....I firmly believe in dialing back the easy to fly stuff because it's an accident waiting to happen.
Sent me a fw 450 rtf missing parts. When I looked at it was an out right piece of garbage 100$ toy. I gave 599$ and refunded 30$ less. The foreigner I spoke with never returned my calls. I will be reporting to the BBB. And going all over the fb forums. This company is a scam ripoff
Right out of the box into the air. Reminds me of how my DJI drone handles, very kewl indeed. I suppose the other reviewer here received a bad unit, maybe a pinched wire, who knows but I absolutely love this bird and plan to buy more of them with this H1 controller. Looking hard at the Airwolf version.
It's literally the most stable helo I've ever had the pleasure of flying. Kudo's to Flywing.
I will say this though, the charger they give you with it is a joke, do yourself a favor and get a hobby grade universal charger that'll allow you to balance the cells while charging and a few other features for preserving battery longevity.
Highly recommend the quick release main rotor head they sell for it also, makes transporting and reassembly a breeze, well worth the cost. Bought the green model not thinking so I purchased the white canopy and landing skids extra, it was very easy to swap out.
A dear friend purchased this and a spare battery, and Pules battery checker these items arrived within two days of one another Feb 27th the battery and battery checker the next day the helicopter, included battery and battery charger.
This meant to be for my birthday March 17th 2024,I celebrated my birthday on the 16th and as soon as I saw the name flywing I got a sinking feeling in my gut that this was going to be no good and hobby wing certainly lived up to that in fine form.
What did I get one dead on arrival battery and one defective R/C in which the GPS module fried on third test after calibration.
I did to back to back test to make sure my calibration worked left the model in the same location returned and hour and a half latter turned on the transmitter plugged the batter in and heard the distinctive sound of electronic components sizzling and small pop sound just before the model went into its normal power procedure.
The first two times the GPS liked up in a minute or less and indicated solid green that last two time nothing other than intermediate beeping after 6 minutes of waiting for it to get a GPS link up.
And this point know the track record of this model in all of the renditions it is be sold under FW450L airframe is an extremely dangerous rather it is a V3 like this one or the new V4.
The sales of this companies product should be outlawed in the united states all together.
This model has not been flown I have not put the main rotor blades on it and do not intend to either after writing this review I intend ask for return shipping labels to return they can refund the money back to my friend and I'm all good with that.
In ending here not one other GPS enabled model that I have seen calls for continuous recalibrating of the GPS only Flying does this.
In fact none of the other companies suggest calibrating their models out of the box none the less at any other time look at the YX F180 V2 no calibration needed on that model.
And not one time have I seen complaints about it.
I hope this review helps someone to be safe and avoid a huge over priced mistake.
